The article states the baby was not viable. When did this information come out (I hadn't heard it before), and what exactly do they mean by this? I didn't really trust the husband when this news first came out. What kind of man is so quick to unplug his wife ESPECIALLY when she is carrying their own child. It was his child, was it not?

I have heard that they have done no testing on the baby in quite a while. If so, then that is strange. If they are not monitoring, then are they doing anything more than covering their behinds?
At bottom is the horrible decision of the Supreme Court to vest absolute rights on the gravitas, in a pregnancy and deny all recognition to the fetus. In reality, of course, the aim was to shield the abortionist from all legal reponsibility, and the only way to do this is to allow doctors to say that they owe nothing to the unborn child beyond that which the mother requests, that the state cannot demand that the unborn be treated as patients. They created the legal fiction of a separation of mother and child that does not physically exist. A pregnancy involves two entities, and during this time, the womans whole body is invested in providing for the child. Under the abortion right, they are treating the baby as if he were in fact a life-draining tumor/cancer that needs to be removed from the body to save her life. When the law creates a false reality, we get situations like this.

Yes, what kind of a husband is so quick to pull the plug on his (beloved?) wife and the child, his only remaining connection to her here on earth? I think he’s been vile in this.

It came out like the day before the Judge's ruling. But that was just a happy little coincidence for the hino who wanted to pull the plug from day one. It's interesting that we've never heard what the “accident” was only that he was the one to find her and start CPR. Then it was his word and not a legal documentation signed by her of the conditions in which she'd want the plug pulled. Lots of questions and none being answered. Far too close being another Terri than any judge should be comfortable with.
