well..unfortunately then; certain measures must be taken, @ the end of 8th grade level,
discharge them..but keep educating (in advanced courses :) to the ones who show
potential, keep an (very) open door for those whom are "late bloomers"...those that
bloom late, shall taught by fellow students (whom shall receive BoS degree an w/full
board/fees @ the University of their choice as an incentive @ 2 years' end)
