Yes Eric, this is well known that the NSA does not want to share beer and biscuits with you. Americans know you are on Obama short list. Does it really surprise you ?

Doubtful.

It just seems to me, that if they wanted him dead, he would be already. I don't think there is anywhere on earth someone can hide, if the government wants to kill them.

They want to watch as he dies? That’s mean.

Not unless he is under Chinese or Russian protection.

Which is why he fled there in the first place.

“I would love to put a bullet in his head,” one Pentagon official told BuzzFeed. The NSA leaker is enemy No. 1 among those inside the intelligence world.

This also makes me wonder about this old story...
http://www.villagevoice.com/2005-04-26/news/in-the-name-of-sibel-edmonds/

There’s an old thread on FR I found today when searching Sandy Berger stuff...

and a recent story came to mind...
Recent story of interest:

I’m still deciding on Snowden. I wish the drip, drip would stop and just get it over with— get it all on the table. The documents aren’t secret anymore because newspapers have it and who knows how many others. I am sure that i don’t trust the government and I don’t trust Snowden but I haven’t decided that he’s the enemy yet, either.

Look up this on YouTube and you’ll see it is very likely.

I agree. Furthermore, it makes political sense for the NSA to ignore him to whatever extent possible.

FWIW, I haven’t taken the anti-NSA position on this matter.

I think it would be politically foolish. But a false-flag op wouldn’t surprise me. Snowden is prolly better off at home.

Snowden isn’t offering anything more than he did in the beginning...rather he’s creating situations among countries leaders and he knows that. I for one could care less what happens to him.....he’s gone way past “informing the American people”.

Indeed.

So many ways to interpret the info and activity (and lack thereof.)

Have you ever wondered if maybe he didn’t have as much information as claimed? I have.

If that is so, then that leads me to think Snowden is part of a group of these type—like linked above.

Snowden hasn’t really given much more information than Russell Tice did.

Either these individuals are telling the truth and we have a major problem or there is a group that has organized to take down or at least severely damage our spying capabilities. Either way it’s pretty bad.

I don’t think the “kid” is operating entirely alone either. Assange has his gal with Snowden, and who knows who else is using him...none of which is to our advantage in fact the opposite.....this passed being about the “good” of American people long ago and he flips to which ever direction and nation ear that will hear.

Putin’s sure enjoying him being there as a slap in Obamas face...now saying Snowden can stay there as long as he wants....of course Putin could change that in a heartbeat and likely will once he gets weary of Snowdens game.

I agree he’s “hooked” up...likely Assange’s group and branches of... since the gal escortng him and setting things up is Assange’s gal.The stuff he’s revealing now has nothing to do with the safety or welfare of Americans...he’s playing countries and taking his cues from others besides just his own intentions.

You can’t play with the Big Boys he’s attempting to rile without getting hurt....I think they haven’t got him yet because they’re simply letting him hang himself..as he surely will do.

Assange was right there to make his statement right after Obama spoke about this.

Nor have you taken the pro-Constitution position.
