My Whole Foods has organic collards all of the time, I have never looked for collard greens only because I would not know what to do with them!
The canned Collard greens that I buy are very bitter. The canned Turnip greens are very sweet, though I think that is because of added sugar :-(
But, if I mix them 50:50 then they come out great :-)
