As President Obama goes to Capitol Hill for his State of the Union address he is telling the world he is fed up with Congress — the paralysis and the GOP obstruction — but his anger is secondary to signs that he is a demoralized lame duck.
In his recent, lengthy interview with the New Yorker magazine, the president comes across as passive in the face of his difficulties with the hyper-partisan Congress. He is portrayed as a politician who dislikes mixing with members of Congress, twisting arms, offering favors or pulling federal aid to move his congressional agenda. The president all but confirms this sad-eyed portrait when he is quoted as saying that after five years in the White House he feels as helpless as a “relay swimmer in a river full of rapids and that river is history.” Poor Barack.

Juan is definitely no asset to Fox News. His presence on some programs often make them embarrassing to the viewer.

I should've included an asterisk in my comment. The GOP is not doing anywhere close to the best job they could; they're providing very few "balances" to Obama's checks, but at least they're not writing new laws that Obama wants.
Again, to say the GOP is doing a good job is relative term, and very relative to the job the White House is doing. The trajectory is still horrible, but at least it's somewhat slower than having Dems in control of the House.

Yep, Juan isn’t really interested in the Constitution, only in seeing his thug hero Clown creating more misery in America.
Frankly the only difference that I can see between John Boehner and Nancy Pelosi is that she wears a dress and seldom, if ever, cries.

Time for all Americans to boycott POTUS Obama’s SOTU Speech Tuesday evening. I know I am not watching it....period!!! Would love to see millions of loyal Americans boycotting this anti-American, Obama!!! It’s not nice or professional to boo the POTUS. But...not watching does more damage then any booing or portesting!!! Anybody with me? Post yea or nay!!! Or....someone start a boycott thread.

My wife thinks that Juan is a paid foil and is playing a part. I agree somewhat but think he is a hard lefty. Remember he was very anti Obama when Hillary was running against him in ‘08 so his “love” for him now is suspect to say the least. Or maybe he just didn’t know how far left Obama was back then and was just riding the known socialist. Who knows?
