Florida legislative session begins in a week or so. They may write a strict medical marijuana bill and pass it to the Senate who may pass it and the Gov. will let it become law without his signature. This will remove the issue from the 2014 elections. Sort of nipping the issue in the bud!

I don’t think that’s how it works.

This is the first I’ve heard this, but I don’t disagree with the premise. The liberal idiots will think they’ve won while the legislature is allowed to strictly tailor access to marijuana.

The local non-AM-talk morning radio shows in the area are all abuzz about this decision. It’s like Christmas to them. Having been a recreation pot smoker many years ago, I can sympathize with the legitimately ill, but Florida will become the new California if this crap is allowed to be accessible as it is in CO or WA.
