(WASHINGTON, DC WHDT World News) - For decades, it has been rumored the United States government was secretly sponsoring the smuggling of cocaine into the country. Federal officials have long denied such speculation, pointing out the billions of dollars spent intercepting drugs. Newly released documents, and testimony from Justice Department and DEA officials now show the stories of government running cocaine are true.

Well, yes there certain would be corruption in the DEA, but the question is, is this a facet of DEA policy, or just a criminal element.

The activist source immediately cast suspicion about the accuracy of the report, since activists are driven by agendas and will not hesitate to use propaganda in order to make their case.

Also, the "investigation" was done in Mexico, which is known for its rampant corruption.

What better way to impede the DEA then to portray it as being the leading source of illicit drugs.

Well I was told by an ex-CIA rhat they used to store drugs in a certain hangar in Belize. Wouldn’t elaborate much and never on the phone.

I used to angrily ignore such claims as the fanciful wet-dreams of afrocentric crypto drug dealers —I didn’t listen for ONE second.

Now?

Mostly I believe these “crazy” claims.

After all, five years ago if you’d have told me the BATF would use agents and officers to export machine-guns to Mexican drug-dealers specifically to generate MURDER headlines, I would have considered that crazy, also.

Or:

EIGHT hours of begging on the radio by 40 guys for Bengazi military rescue would bring almost NO rescue...??

I would have been insulted by that “crazy” claim.

Lawyers, guns and money.

Unfortunately, many Americans believe our federal government is corrupt.

Solyndra, and Fast & Furious are just the tip of the iceberg.

The regime is starting to scare me.

The BATFE allows firearms into the hands of the most notorious criminals in North America.

Why wouldn’t the DEA allow drugs into the hands or the same people?

I don’t buy into wild theories.

However, based on the best information available I have decided that the facts favor Berry Seal flying coke into the USA while working for George Sr and Ollie North.

I no longer trust our government to do the right thing or tell the truth.

There were a LOT of rumors during the Viet Nam “conflict” about the Feds running drugs, mostly opium to help finance the South Vietnamese government and to provide ‘bribe’ money for key people.

And heaven knows, heroin usage here, especially in the urban areas, skyrocketed. A LOT of movies were made then about it. The Supercops, Shaft and a whole bunch of others I don’t remember right now.

Once started that sort of thing generates a institutional life of it’s own.

Yes, sometimes the best intents get out of control when they are covert.
It is what it is.
It can’t, by it’s own nature be done with transparency.

Most covert ops are good.

One that we know about was Howard Hughes and the Glomar Explorer.

IMHO Edward Snowden is being used as propaganda to discredit the NSA and to get the American people used to being the frog in the proverbial pot.
But that is just a SWAG.

Have they surpassed the CIA or has the DEA always been #1?
