Obama has painted himself into another corner. He has vented so long and hard on FOX and Rush that he has to do something to rid himself of the meddlesome peasants.
The second is the income inequality bit. His base will know is they are or are not getting some cash from the looted estates of the nobles. Lord and Lady JayZee and Beyoncé, on the other hand will not take kindly to their friend, the Kind, raising their taxes. Thus, as usual the King will loot the working classes as is the case with Obamacare.

There is an old science fiction story that matches with this equal outcomes crap. I don’t recall its title right now, but it includes the enforced wearing of handicaps to assure that each person is equally nearsighted, equally clumsy or equally not able to concentrate, for instance. It also includes a government of enforcers to assure that all comply with equality edicts.
