It is even more fun being a part of it. I am a designer and use SolidWorks as my primary tool. I am about to receive the new 3D Systems laser scanner that scans directly into a SolidWorks part. BIG time saver. A 3D printer is my next and I will get serious about this one as I do a lot of racing stuff.

This guy make some high end aero parts. However, my guess he is making the “smalls” of his assemblies, not the full blown rear wings and or front splitters, the throat of his machine isn’t big enough to do so....
