Not a heck of a lot. We’re talking the lower levels of janatorial staff, cafeteria workers, landscape workers.
On potential positive is that this may, probably will, have a negative impact on government employees. Government cafeterias are run very, very lean and the only way that the cafeteria contractors will be able to absorb this will be to raise their prices.
Gov employees will either have to pay the higher prices, or will have to compensate by bringing their lunch or eating elsewhere .... which should invoke a death spiral that puts gov cafeterias out of business. Forcing everyone to eat through other means.
Exactly. This likely affects a few janitors. This is pure symbolism.
