Why was the feral government involved in a local dispute between two neighbors?

“Brossart wont be the last person convicted with the help of a drone as law enforcement deploys more of them. What is worrisome is that drones designed to protect American borders are being used to conduct surveillance on Americans themselves. Records obtained by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a civil liberties group, found that CBP Predator drones flew 700 missions between 2010 and 2012 for other law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and local police departments. CBP Predators were equipped with Vehicle and Dismount Exploitation Radar (VADER), developed by the military to detect insurgents in Afghanistan.”

Do you have a source for this map? One of the google arrows is too close for comfort for me.

So what about cow stealing? Did he have the cows or didn’t he? If he didn’t have stolen cows, then the only charge is violence caused by the gubment.
Or did the owner of the cows decline to press charges? What really happened here?

No search warrant, no problem! Just use a drone to illegally search the property!

FAAs US drone authorization map highlights battle between feds and sky pirates Interesting map. The biggest gaps in coverage seem to be where we would need them the most... along the border of Mexico.

Not to worry, the law enforcement officers and prosecutors will never follow those unconstitutional orders to enforce laws based on politics.
right?
