We have cows, they get out occasionally, some one calls us and we go get them. Our neighbors cows get out occasionally, we call the neighbors and they come and get them.
We had a bull named Romeo, he never let a fence get in his way when he knew there was cow across the fence that he was interested in. So... he got the name Romeo.
Sure....I used to live next door to some folks who kept cows, so I’ve been there.
Unfortunately, people weren’t so reasonable in this case. Or so it would seem.
