In his 2013 State of the Union address, President Barack Obama set out a detailed agenda for his second term--a highly ambitious and diverse array of goals that few thought had any chance of succeeding in a divided Congress. Indeed, the only achievement during the subsequent year was an easing--not a reversal--of the sequester cuts that the President called a "really bad idea" (though they came from the White House).

0bama’s punch list.
The State Of The Union Address should be run like an Annual Meeting for a corporation. The first thing the President should do is present a Financial Report. He should show a Balance Sheet for this year and a Balance Sheet showing the numbers for the last five years, year by year. He should then present an Operating Statement for this year and then an Operating Statement showing the figures, by year, for the past five years. Then, he should take questions from the shareholders (in this case the Shareholder’s representatives) about the Financial Report.
I think we might eliminate two-bit shills like Obama and Hillary from even running for President if they had to risk getting up on national television once a year to lay out and explain their abysmal performance.
This jackass President spent millions of dollars asking for this Executive position....lot wide. He should have to behave like an Executive.
A highly ambitious and diverse array of goals.
Great another list of failure goals.
I like your idea!
I like your idea with a slight modification to promote honesty and add interest. Hook the reporting President up to a lie-detector linked to a high-voltage cattle prod stuck up their rear end.
