Free contraceptives, the morning after pill, free abortions, vasectomies and one child per family. There, all those good programs that have worked around the world to combat too many kids.

Really you have two problems that will keep the population in check. The first is water or the lack thereof and second HIV which inflects over 25% of African population today.

I have to go to South Africa some 20 years ago. After getting shots for everything, the doctor spoke to me. He had me repeat this phase three times, “There is no sex in Africa. There is no sex in Africa. There is no sex in Africa.” Then my internist told me if I had an accident in Africa, drag myself to a plane and get to Europe. No needles, no blood, nothing. Get out of Africa.
