From what I’ve read, Gates is allocating most of his resources toward the right idea for population control. Eliminate childhood diseases, and people will automatically choose to have fewer children.

Well, Al can do one of two things. 1) Castrate all African males by age 13, or 2) Give every one in Africa the Aids virus. I believe the life expectancy of people with aids, without medication, is about 5 years max. Within that time span, the only ones alive will be those that became immune to the virus, about 10% of the population. So, within 5 years, the Population of Africa will be very manageable, according to Al, of course.
