Wiping the condemned man's arm with alcohol before inserting the needle,
and making sure that when he is put to death that it doesn't *hurt*.
You can re-use a rope and it's cheaper.

You can re-use a rope and it's cheaper. Actually, you can cut it into inch long segments, imbed them in lucite paperweights and sell them for a tidy profit. It would be worth doing just to make libtard heads explode.
