Yet another example of the Legislative Branch of the Federal government eagerly punting their authority to the lifetime appointees in the Judicial Branch.

Punting? This action was taken by a few (underline few) representatives in the House. The House has repeatedly been beaten over the head with presidential vetoes and Senate refusals with their DemocRAT majority.

It is an excellent example of why 'elections have consequences'.
