All of these “companies” who were hired to “build” HC exchanges should be sued into bankruptcy. Especially CGI and their “Black FOB,” Toni Townes Whitley.
NO INSURANCE COMPANY BAILOUTS !
OBAMACARE IS SO BIG THAT IT NEEDS TO FAIL !
Shouldn’t these contractors be held financially accountable? I realize that is “old fashioned”.
