With conservatives these days, it’s all or nothing.

Exactly backwards. It’s progressive Republicans who are all or nothing. Exhibit A being the VA governors race. It’s progressive Republicans ignoring the IRS assault on conservatives, cutting vet retirement pay and refusing to engage the Democrats on obamacare.

Why should conservatives support those in the GOP who never support them? Nobody forced them to cut vet pay, push amnesty or ignore the IRS issue. They choose to do those things. Now conservatives are choosing not to support them. Simple.

Good grief Charlie Brown!!! I was told that this website was a great support group and info center for Conservatives. But, I have never seen so many whiney a** p***ies in all my life. All you, so called, FReepers (chris37, riri, lodi90, and tons of others) who have given up the fight, never have an encouraging word, always try to convince the rest of us that it’s hopeless and we should just bend over for the Democrats until the end of time........ WHAT IN THE HELL ARE YOU DOING ON THIS WEBSITE? Get the hell off of here and take up knitting, whittling or watch “your gals” on “The View” every day, because, you sure as hell are not helping our cause.

“Tell me why I should trouble myself with voting for the GOP in November?”

Don’t vote for a GOP candidate. Vote for a Tea Party candidate.

That is not a positive reason.

That is a negative reason.

What has the GOP specifically done or accomplished to warrant, earn or deserve my or any other conservative’s vote?

I’m not going to be voting for a person because they have an R by their name any longer, because that R means not a damn thing other than -ENEMY-.

So, tell me, why should I vote GOP?

I’m doing what I’ve always done on this website.

Commenting.

Tell me, as a conservative, what are you doing supporting the GOP?

Here’s the deal— RINO Establishment are playing the game of “CHICKEN” with the mouth-breathing base.

Some of us are playing “CHICKEN”, right back. And, some of us aren’t.

Some are still willing to play the socialist hand they’re dealt every 4 years. This means voting for socialist Republicans the Establishment hands you. You won’t see them supporting a conservative anywhere on the map, so you go along to get along, on a wing and a prayer, but actually doing nothing about it, but enabling the inevitable working over you’re willing to take, over and over and over and over again.

How long do we bang our head against the wall?

It’s time to let the Establishment elites, their donors, and stupid supporters bang their head for a change.

Time’s up.

While there are numerous variables affecting the outcome......

Aside from profound rationalization that means you are looking for an excuse not to make the required effort, the chance of a Democrat getting elected should be all the motivation that is required.

The fact the GOP does not agree with every item on your 1 item agenda is not an excuse not to vote Republican.

"Don’t vote for a GOP candidate. Vote for a Tea Party candidate."

Exactly. I am not sure why this is such a difficult concept for some here to understand.

“This ccould allow us to build a massive majority in the House AND take the Senate. No amount of money is going to save Pryor and Co.”

That would be ideal!

There were a lot Dems that were supposed to be toast in 2012. How did that work out?

The Dems have been cleaning the RNC/NRSC clocks lately. I wouldn’t take any Senate race with an incumbent Dem to the GOP bank just yet.

Not exactly.

We’re more the type that would have joined up early, with the RAF.

I am just trying to hold the GOP accountable for their actions. If we don’t they will continue to slide left. You seem to be ok with that. I am not.

I don’t support the GOP. I support Conservatives. I live in Texas and I worked for Ted Cruz. I am now actively involved in helping defeat John Cornyn or get him into a Primary run-off. I’ve been working for Conservative causes ever since 1975 when Ron Reagan began his challenge to Jerry Ford. I was a “Conservative” GOP Congressional Chair in the 80’s in Michigan, when, those of us who were Reagan-style Republicans had to fight the Moderates in the party tooth-and-nail every single day. No love lost between me and the GOP, but, helping the GOP control the Senate will empower Conservatives like Ted Cruz and hamstring the Marxist Muslim in the White House for the last two years of his Term.

Understandable Democrat strategy. They know Boehner, Cantor and the rest of the Republican “leadership” will do what they are told, when they are told. All it takes is control of one chamber with everyone’s favorite obstructionist, Harry Reid, in charge.

See what shape the GOP is in after the GOP passes amnesty.

If they do it before November you can be sure that the GOPe has decided to throw the election to the Democrats.

2012 didn’t work out well because we had idiots on GOP Tickets like Todd Aikin and others who had the IQ of a freakin’ can of Spam thanks to “purists” like you.

The same things were said in 2010, that the GOP had no chance, but they took back the House from the DEMs and closed the gap in the Senate. It's an off-year election, and as such, Obama's highly tuned voter fraud machine will be less effective.

Have faith. People are getting more and more aware of Obamacare and, except for those who have pre-existing conditions, the people are being slammed with sticker shock. Those who couldn't afford insurance in the first place are being told they still have to pay for it (whether premiums or deductibles). It's why the DEMs are distancing themselves from Obamacare and why the GOP should keep reminding the people just *who* voted for that cr@p piece of legislation.

Same, I support conservatives.

As such, I do not support the GOP.

I’ve never seen the GOP support Ted Cruz or hamstring the Marxist Muslim, so there is no reason for me to assume that they ever will do either of those things for any reason.

They have a credibility problem, and an identity problem, and I expect both those problems are going to result in their getting exactly what they deserve, and that is political extinction.
