First you throw $600 million at a company whose exec is an old friend of your wife to build you a broken website. And then when people swarm the call centers trying to get help, the call center workers dont get paid overtime.
Customer service workers at a call center for insurance exchanges established under the federal health care overhaul have sued their employer in federal court, saying they were forced to work unpaid overtime. The lawsuit says the trainers are responsible for preparing new staffers to answer calls from around the country relating to the Affordable Care Act.

And how was this accomplished in the free-enterprise world? For one thing, the salesman didn’t earn his commission until the new customer was signed up, application completed and premium paid. In the case of a new corporate client, the salesman guided the company through in getting the paperwork filed for all the employees. The salesmen were good or they did not survive. Government just piles on layer after useless layer of costly bureaucracy.
