And of course liquid deicer can be applied by any applicator equipped tanker. Standard Sodium Chloride can be turned into brine with even improvised set ups, I`ve seen it done using large animal watering troughs and some PVC fittings, piping, and pumps. You need to fire your city and state highway managers.
