He's an IRANIAN plant (from Indonesia/South Pacific) with afro hairplugs (CORRECTION: shaved head + theatrical hair panels on latex base).
Notice all these scalp sections, divided by scars/seams?

He's had hair work done.
His scalp is fully sectioned off.
ORANGE line: Why is there a 'vein' running the entire edge of his temple hairline? Because it's a seam (the edge of his LATEX THEATRICAL WIG PANEL, smoothed by stage makeup).
PURPLE line: Another SEAM (aka 'scar') along the rear edge of that same 'side/section' of hair.
