Obama sending him back to his parents in Russia would be a real stab in the back for Putin. So don’t be surprised.

What kind of jury would acquit a monster terrorist who killed a wonderful, adorable, smart, up and coming SIX YEAR OLD BOY? One with a voir dire selection held in Cambridge, MA.

Most stupid post ever.

To a closet liberal or Muzzie. That’s the way those types roll.

No, I think the lib female jurors will respond to the fact that he blew the legs off a whole lot of young women. The perp did not endear himself to the feminists by doing that.

It can be considered a virtue to pray for the death of some.
Hatred: “...not only may I, but I even ought to, hate what is contrary to the moral law. Furthermore one may without sin go so far in the detestation of wrongdoing as to wish that which for its perpetrator is a very well-defined evil, yet under another aspect is a much more signal good. For instance, it would be lawful to pray for the death of a perniciously active heresiarch with a view to putting a stop to his ravages among the Christian people.”

I suspected that this was the reason that Holder approved the death penalty. He thought it would make it more likely for Tsarnaev to get off altogether, because a liberal Massachusetts jury would be unlikely to want to find him guilty of something for which he could be sentenced to death.
Not to mention that they won’t find him guilty of anything anyway, because he’s a poor, persecuted, harassed little Muslim boy, brought here and supported by the US government just to humiliate him and disrespect him and give him a reason to go out and blow up a bunch of evil Americans having fun....

Could asking for the Death Penalty cause a Massachusetts jury to acquit? or at least split?

If the defense lawyers want an acquittal, then they should push for a change of venue to Chapel Hill, NC.

Lord have mercy on this country. I don't think that is going to happen. The majority of Americans deserve what they have wrought. I'm sad for my country, and *very* sad I will have to go down with the fools that have ruined it.
