Kinda sorta, though the turnout rate COULD be improved among the “sane set.” There’s room for bumping it up a few dozen percent. And especially for the PRIMARIES.

If Barack Obama and Joe Biden both simultaneously keeled over of heart attacks, would that change the composition of the rest of this ship of fools? (Though at least we might get a respite of sorts in the form of a President Boehner.)
