Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is living up to the Party of Stupid’s amnesty for illegal aliens ideal. He also knows that this glittering turd of a statement has exactly ZERO chance of happening because Obama and Holder do NOT believe in enforcing ANY immigration laws.

You know that, I know that, and Rand Paul knows that.

But doesn't he have a pretty sounding plan?

Won't work, won't change anything, but Hell, he's pretending he wants to do something to solve the problem, shouldn't we all just be impressed he wants a Pro-Amnesty congress to "certify" the border is secure before he grants Amnesty????
