I’ve always thought Knox was a guilty as hell. And free as a bird.
I guess she lost best 2 out of 3. Maybe she can try for best 4 out of 7 like the world series.
Italians are fags.
Leave the girl alone.
She’s coming to live with me in peace and love.
Yuh panzies will never lay yer mittens on her again.
If this becomes a “protracted” extradition process, she’ll lose it. If it’s quick, it will be because every court will have determined it’s double jeopardy. However, our lawless courts already broke that precedent when we started allowing people to be charged for Federal crimes when the States have failed to render “the correct verdict.” Last I heard, if a case is already adjudicated on a set of facts, it cannot be retried in another court on the exact same set of facts.
The courts are lawless. People avoid court these days (by settling against their interests) because they are a crapshoot, where a “judge” can be convinced to do anything by crooked lawyers. The most appalling cases of miscarriage of justice occur at the Family Court level. More people are injured, many of them defenseless children, than in any other court.
No. From what little I’ve heard, the DNA evidence should have cleared her.
No I think she acts like a young woman who has been through a horrendous experience and 4 years in an Italian prison.
From everything I have read there is not a shred of evidence that Amanda Knox killed anybody. If it was here in the US the case would never have even gone to trial.
Hopefully the US would not cooperate with an extradition request from Italy on this one. Otherwise I hope the girl has scoped out some countries that do not have extradition treaties with Italy.
The Italian prosecutor could not have been more dirty in the original trial. Should have been dismissed after the first malpractice or life.
She reminds me of St. Pancake.

The link is just a good place to get warmed up. Giuliano Mignini is a well known crack pot in a justice system known for crackpots. If you are thinking that there is any resemblance to a western court you would be wrong. The prosecutor is part of the judiciary and essentially above the law himself. If I were Knox, I would be bugging out for an unknown country with no extradition treaty. Some of you all like to talk about bug out bags. Well, Knox will be using hers.
One wrong or unlucky event, and you'll find yourself sat down in court facing a prosecutor accusing you of participating in Satanic rituals in front of a jury of hyper-superstitious Latin grandmothers, or perhaps awaiting trial in a bamboo tiger cage having your head forced into a bucket of stinging beetles by laughing tattooed Macao gangsters, or being slapped awake under non-stop interrogation in France until they're either convinced you had nothing to do with the crime or they charge you with something, or having a New Mexico cop attack your bunghole with a power drill and a garden hose looking for that heroin they're sure you've hidden up there because you were trying to hold in a fart at a traffic stop.
Me, I don't even really like to travel outside of my own state.
I believe there is enough reasonable doubt that in a US court of law, Amanda would have been found Not Guilty.
She repeatedly changed her stories and her initial one is an obvious lie. Then there is the matter of trying to get an innocent man framed for the murder, who just happened to be African like convicted killer.
She is an excellent actress who is obviously good at conning people.
If the U.S. thought the Italian system was a mess they wouldn’t have signed an extradition treaty.
Reminder...This is the same (Italian) justice system that convicted seven scientists and experts of manslaughter (6 yrs) for failing to adequately warn residents before an earthquake that struck Italy in 2009 and killed more than 300 people. Convicted because they couldn’t predict an earthquake...
Run, Bambi, run.
