Knox may be innocent. But she was found guilty twice.And she was acquitted once. Here in the states that ends the process. My understanding is that double jeopardy is a game changer for the extradition treaty with Italy.

legal experts have said there is no double jeopardy in Knox’s case
oh by the way, her footprints were around, she bought cleaning supplies and she lied and implicated a completely removed person. She is guilty as sin

True that. I'm not comfortable with the concept of convictions in absentia, and a criminal justice system given the power to repeatedly prosecute a case until achieving the desired results. As to her guilt or innocence, who among us knows? Ms. Knox, however, would do well at this point to shaddupaboudit, and fade away. Public statements insulting the SPQR will simply ensure their continued pursuit.
