Why do Chinese Coast Guard ships have “Chinese Coast Guard” written on them in English?
Because China has maritime disputes with a bunch of neighbors who don't speak Chinese including the Japanese, Russians, Vietnamese, North and South Koreans, Filipinos, Bruneians, Malaysians, etc. Probably forgetting others here...
