People are under threat all over the damn world. Do we let everyone in? Everyone to suck off the welfare state and drive up our debt?
Of course we can’t let everyone in the world immigrate here. The whole idea of doing that is ludicrous.
What’s being put forward here is an equally ludicrous proposition:
Anyone who opposes throwing open our borders to accept every refugee in the world is by definition, supporting the beating and torture of those refugees in their home countries.
