That was not a 3/1 problem, that was a DC problem. 3/1 prevailed anyway.

Fallujah should be flattened and bull dozed out of existence. That is the message that should be sent . Enough of this rathole already .

Well put.
Perhaps you will recall that the media at the time describing Fallujah as the “City of Mosques,” as it contained some 1000 mosques within its confines.
The politically-correct DC leadership (under a REPUBLICAN Administration — thank you, GWB! /sarc) bought the propaganda line and — even though the mosques were being used by the enemy as firing positions — IIRC, required Army Artillery to get permission from several levels higher even to fire upon a mosque being used to fire on the Marines.

EXACTLY! Take it down WWII style: When you take fire from a position, obliterate it - twice. Then resume the cautious advance.
Muzzies and Muzzy supporters will soon decide to choose a new hobby or be reporting to Mohammed directly.
Word will spread, and "supporters" will decide they have other things to do, like: raise their kids, feed their family, and not get their home blown up.

Kill every living human in Falluja. Then bulldoze it into a parking lot. Allah will know his own (or not). No more playing war with PC Rules of Engagement — total war on the scum in this dung heap.
