No, the only question that may not be asked is how Gabby survived the explosive shockwave that supposedly travelled through her brain from a 9mm bullet, and barely even left any scar behind, let alone brain injury, let alone a big bloody mess that used to be her brain - and a recovery quicker than a skinned knee.
