For the past four months, Sarah Callaway has had to watch as her daughter Greylynns body has been wracked by uncontrollable spasms several times a day.
They dont hurt her. But they scare her, and she cries. And you cant do anything for her except comfort her, said Callaway, a Chatsworth resident. Thats the most frustrating part. I just say to her, Im sorry I cant do anything for you. Im sorry.
When Greylynn was born six months ago, doctors diagnosed her with a brain malformation and gave her only weeks to live. She survived, but her condition has left her with a form of epilepsy called infantile spasms. Shes currently on two different anti-seizure medications, one of which could possibly leave her blind. But they only control the spasms. They dont stop them.
Sarah Callaway and her relatives have researched the issue and talked to other parents of children with seizure disorders, and she said she has found that some children have seen dramatic improvements when treated with cannabis oil.
It has been known to help babies with what my daughter has, she said.

I can’t believe the idiots are still playing that goofy “medical marijuana” bull****. Knock of the funny “medical marijuana” games. Just “legalize it and tax the hell out of it.” LOL!
If your family doctor is allowed to prescribe morphine,
then why shouldn’t he be allowed to prescribe cannabis oil?
Prescriptions use natural compounds, it make sense that people should be able as with the native americans to use the source ingredients. No point toblock mm anymore, heck yall hear the side notes on prescriptions, may cause stroke etc...what’s more dangerous.?
I have a prob with the WOD and all that, but I find it hard to believe there’s no alternative to “medical marijuana”.
Ban, Ban, Ban. Jail, Jail, Jail. Land of the Freeeeee!
