There is no provision for that in Article V. You can make up all kind of straw men, but the words in Article V stand.

You can pretend the Constitution will be followed for an Article V ConCon. It's pleasantly naive.

Here's the real question.

Why would Obama, the Congress, the federal judiciary, Democrats, GOPe, media, the unions, etc. follow the constitutional requirements for a ConCon that's against their interests?
