The National Security Agency "probably" collects phone records of members of Congress and their staffs, a senior Justice Department official conceded Tuesday.

Deputy Attorney General James Cole buckled under questioning from multiple lawmakers during a House Judiciary Committee hearing reviewing proposals to reform the NSA's surveillance activity.

That has been my take for some time.

Obama is fully using the capabilities of the NSA on CJ Roberts and anyone who would oppose him. He's been doing it since day one and has continued. What has been revealed thusfar is only the tip of the NSA iceberg.

Look at what he has done to the military hierarchy. How do people think that newly tooled apparatus will be used when needed?
