The term “carpetbager” refers to people who change locales
to take advantage of political opportunity’s for personal gain. It’s exactly what Cankles Clinton did when she ran
for the senate in New York. Fluke is merely following in
the footsteps of a political idol. In an honest system the
filing would be tossed immediately on the righteous grounds
that the person was not a true resident of the district and
not a fit representative for the inhabitants of said district. This being Kommiefornia it’s quite possible that
now media darling moron Fluke has filed the office will lose
ALL subsequent candidates filings so as to allow her to run
against less opposition.

Well, this IS Waxman’s district, so a bunny slipper could win so long is it is registered as a Democrat.

An adviser says Fluke had to file for the state party's endorsement because of a looming deadline and that she's keeping her options open.

Are the rats gonna anoint a single candidate or a select few? If they do it sure as hell ain't gonna be her. They have politicians impatiently waiting in line for all of their seats.

I don’t believe even the Democrats think of Fluke as anything more than a fluke candidate (the only way they’d truly back her would be if she were running in a GOP district, not in a premier Dem seat). If I had to make an assumption, the Dems will anoint State Sen. Ted Lieu.

This just in, Fluke is for running for Ted Lieu’s State Senate seat instead.

As I think about it, I don’t really mind subsidizing Fluke’s birth control. Do we really want her reproducing and raising kids who think like she does? If the Republicans flipped the political issue and demanded that all Democrats receive free birth control from the federal government, they would be outraged and be totally against it.
