Can the president legally bypass Congress and rule the government by decree?
The answer to the question above is: No. But you wouldnt know that by listening to President Obama.

Any executive order he issues is subject to lawsuits that can include a cease and desist order until the suit is settled...in reality he can just take over....that’s not to say he can’t do a lot of damage!!!

Impeachment is easy; conviction in the Senate is all but impossible, where a 2/3 vote would be required. Democrats would stick together on this.
How bout a CITIZEN’S arrest for treason?
