They arrested a guy named "Universal Knowledge Allah", and the article claims that "Universal Knowledge Allah" and "Supreme Solar Allah" (the congresswoman's son) are connected, and thus Solar may be implicated, but I see no mention of this last part in the media.
I do find a past connection between them, from 2002, in a blog posting from 2005:

Omokundes group is called "Cream City Mentors," a name which itself is reflective of the Five Percent Nations practice of renaming geographical locations. In 2002, Omokunde "Supreme Solar Allah" was the community coordinator of the chapter, and his colleagues were "Self Wise Allah" (program director), "Universal Knowledge Allah" (youth coordinator), and executive director Charles Dennis.
