WTVJ ran a story during its 6pm newscast last Thursday in which one of the full-screen graphics identified the Florida GOP as the Reprehensive Party of Florida instead of Republican Party of Florida. It turned out that WTVJ got the graphic from Capitol News Service in Tallahassee, and both news outlets had to apologize.

I think the graphic truly reflects the attitude of the media toward conservatives...as well as Republicans, whom they often confuse for conservatives. (Sometimes rightly so, other times not.)

I remember the good old days when you made a stupid comment or did something stupid on TV, you were fired. There was none of this apologizing crap.
IIRC, this WTVJ station is the same one that doctored the George Zimmerman 9-1-1 call to make George look like a racist.

Off the air as well...arrested for DUI for example, you would literally “disappear”, never to be heard from again (at least in Miami...you would re-surface somewhere around Sioux Falls, or Colorado Springs, etc.) ;)

Why are either station still on the air?
They’ve demonstrated that they are not worthy of 1st Amendment protection.
Why is anyone still surprised at things like this?
Every sentient American knows the Media are dedicated Leftists, solid in their resolve to do their bit part to further “The Glorious Cause Of World Socialism”.
Odd how they never make that same type of ‘mistake’ with democrats. Wonder what that could mean?
