President Barack Obama said that Russian President Vladimir Putin has a "tough guy" schtick he uses to appeal to his native countrymen while on the world's stage.

I think what the Kenyan is trying to imply is that he’s killed and ruined just as many people as Putin but isn’t getting the cred for it.

Not wise to rub another man’s rhubarb in public, especially another world leader with nuclear launch codes. Perhaps Barky thinks he can induce Putin to launch a missile at us and then scamper out of the way, having caused deliberate damage to America as Barky seems to have planned.
Judging from how some of Putin’s detractors have met their demise, I suspect Putin has the capability of “reaching out and touching” Barky “personally”. Putin is not stupid!

Funny...that sounds like Obumbles at the annual State of the Onion farce, when he said he’d go around Congress with his pen and his phone. The difference is that Putin is much better at the macho thing than the poor skinny guy with the big ears.
