Switzerland has a very low crime rate because they don’t allow a lot of foreigners to immigrate. IIRC, a very large portion of the murders are committed by foreigners, too.
Switzerland allows immigration, but no Swiss citizenship.
They allow the dishwashers to immigrate, naturally, but those same immigrants don't deserve the honor of being a Swiss citizen.
