Was Justice served? Brian Terry's family wanted closure - we all wanted justice for the 'First Crime' of Fast & Furious...the selling of weapons to known criminals...still waiting for that. Osorio-Arellanes will have room and board paid for by the tax payers for 30 years or less. Somehow, the punishment does not fit the crime.

FBI Criminal Informant Complicit in Brian Terry’s Death (PJM Exclusive)

The rip crew was in Peck Canyon that evening with the intention of stealing money and drugs from a specific shipment of which they had prior knowledge.

(snip)

The rip crew knew to be in Peck Canyon that December evening because a CI working for the FBI found out about a smuggling run — from the FBI.

(snip)

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) — through its own CIs and communications intercepts — was also aware of the planned assault.

Neither the DEA nor FBI warned Border Patrol about the expected criminal activity.

(snip)

The federal government will still not reveal if one of the two WASR-10 AK-pattern semi-automatic rifles located near the scene — provided to the Sinaloa cartel via Operation Fast and Furious — was the weapon that put a bullet through Brian Terry’s heart. The existence of a third recovered gun, an SKS carbine, has been disputed by the FBI despite the fact it had been talked about openly in the beginning of the investigation among federal agents.

Multiple sources tell PJM that this third weapon “disappeared” because it was the weapon carried by the FBI CI who ran the rip crew. When it was recovered near the scene of the murder and subsequently traced by the ATF, it traced back to the FBI CI via the gun shop in Texas where it was purchased.

Brian Terry’s murder was entirely preventable. The incompetence of the DEA and FBI let his Border Patrol unit walk into an ambush. After the ambush, it appears the FBI tampered with evidence to cover up that one of their informants was involved with the murder of a federal agent.

You can kill a BP agent and not get executed for it?

Guess it’s another privilege of being part of the Protected Class known as illegal aliens.

Has anyone in the Justice Department been reprimanded, fired or indicted?

...that revealed the government's botched gun-smuggling investigation known as Operation Fast and Furious ...

The only part of Fast and Furious that was botched is that it was uncovered. Otherwise it was working perfectly according to plan. The goal was to have firearms that were sold at U.S. gun stores show up at Mexican crime scenes. Then Obama would have had the "evidence" needed to renew the national assault weapons ban.

OK, fine —he got 30 years. We’re not getting ANY acknowledgement on the mysteriously disappearing THIRD weapon, the SKS.

We’re hearing NOTHING about the gummint’s role in arming the murderers.

We’re hearing NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT about the gummint’s role in apprising the rip-crew about the drug load that night.

The Mexican perp got prison time, fine.

HOW ABOUT THE AMERICAN PERPS...?

It went like this:

The snitch’s value was compromised cuz he’d lost a drug load so his narcotrafficker bosses were pissed —the snitch would probably no longer hear about loads and he might even get killed. His American LEO bosses wanted their snitch to get back nice and tight with his scummy narcotrafficker bosses so they could still get their drug intel.

The US LEO scumbags figgered if their snitch could somehow rip-off a rival load, then this snitch would be able to make it up to his narcotrafficker bosses, and he (and therefore they) would have access to bust info again.

So they gave the snitch info about the impending rival load, and at the rip Brian Terry was murdered.

They realized how scandalous it might seem, and so they made the 3rd gun, the SKS, go away.
