The lib spinners on Fox last night were saying this translates to “Medicaid for All”, and by golly wouldn’t that be great? Kinda like “Free Ponies for All”!
Why didn’t they just describe it as “MEDICARE for All”, like Hildebeast herself did, back in March 2008?

Well for better or worse, the fedgov currently funds about 47% of healthcare. It’s not that big of a leap for them.
