It’s too late to make debt an issue. Both parties are to blame. Why take the total blame for the collapse?
Prepare yourself and your loved ones to get out of the way. When interest rates go up, and they will, when, who knows....
It’s going down. I’m yelling timber.

The so called debt ceiling is a joke, has been for a long time. The US can’t do anything but go further in debt forever. There is no possible way except for reneging on the debt. Which wouldn’t help anyway because the spending will still exceed income forever.

Even worse, the debt hasn’t be accurately reported in.....well, never.

We have a semi secret non governmental entity printing money to “buy” government debt as well as set monetary policy. This entity supposedly holds US gold and leases it out to manipulate gold prices and prop up the dollar. But we are not allowed to audit this entity, nor are we allowed to question it in any way.

The government holdings of gold at Ft. Knox are secret, no audit of them in over 50 years. No one knows what is there. The Democrats say that 11 million dollars (what a joke coming from them)is too much to spend to inventory this gold we supposedly have.

When hyperinflation finally hits, and the price for a loaf of bread is $500, the national debt (payable in constant dollars) will not seem nearly as scary. Even the interest will be manageable when inflation hits 1,000%.
Of course, we may all be dead in the streets at that point from the social chaos that would result.
