If 15 Republicans refuse to vote for John Boehner when the new Congress begins in January, he won't have the votes to be re-elected and House Republicans will be forced to pick someone else for the job. Hasn't this vote already taken place? (it is February, after all)

January of 2015. After the 2014 Elections.
