Did Faulconer suck up to the Hispanic vote

To: Count of Monte Fisto - ALL politicians suck up to someone or some group. I bet Rand Paul is one of your boys, and he sucked up to that bastard Mitch McConnell by endorsing him over Matt Bevin. And, I don’t want to hear his lame excuse that he endorsed McConnell before anyone else was running. If that’s not a lie, it’s freakin’ stupid at best. He was SUCKING UP to McConnell because he wants his help in his run for Prez in 2016.
Rand Paul is not my boy. I don’t like what he has to say about Amnesty at all. I won’t vote for him for President but he is a thousand times better then most of the mooks in the Senate.
Faulconer and his supporters targeted moderates and independents with their campaign advertising, assuming that he would win a large percentage of the Republican electorate with little effort. He even used blue campaign signs — traditionally a color for Democrats — offered a bipartisan message and rarely mentioned his Republican affiliation.
