It might be because they are outside of GA Power’s coverage area, and instead are served by local EMCs and Co-ops and such.

yes, my daughter and I are now looking at the latest area outage map: a few area (several thousand or hundred people in each triangled outage report) are east and south of 285: Brenham, Douglasville, Carrolton, etc.

Then many, many dozen reports outages directly south of 285!
