Go for death. His dirtbag attorneys will appeal for years. Put him in the general population while the appeals go on. While he languishes in prison, place him in the position of being repeatedly put into the position by his fellow inmates, as often as possible. If he survives that punishment and doesn’t off himself then slam him into solitary “death watch” for a couple of years to let his abused orifices heal and then put him down.
Pray that the stupid prosecutors don’t try to make the primary charge using a weapon of mass destruction. His little gambit was terrorism but was hardly using a weapon of mass destruction. That is a sure loser. Straight terrorism and murder by way of terrorism should suffice.
Isn’t our prison population full of Muslims and would-be Muslims already? This guy would recruit more.
You’re on the right track. Death sentence, put him in absolute solitary with no access to reporters, no announced execution date, a small article in section three of the paper after it’s all over. Never mention his name again.
I wouldn’t say they are “full” of muslims. Considering the total of the prison populations I would say no, and besides, it makes no difference what religion any prisoner follows, they don’t believe enough to follow the rules anyway; at least the violent ones.
