‘Impeach the President’
RedState ^ | Feb 12, 2014 | By: Erick Erickson

Posted on 02/12/2014 11:20:34 AM PST by Jim Robinson

You guys in the press who are reading this right now can be such shameless whores. I generally try to hold to the standard these days that if I wouldn’t be outraged by George Chimpy McBushitler Halliburton and Darth Cheney doing something, I shouldn’t be outraged by President Obama. And if I’d be outraged by Bush, I should be outraged by Obama.

But you journalists have such erections for everything Barack Obama does, you can’t even summon outrage to report fairly on the latest b.s. from the administration over Obamacare. Is it any wonder so many people have stopped trusting you?

Under the latest round of Obamacare delays for companies of 50 to 99 employees, companies who embrace the delay can layoff, restructure, and hire part time workers, but only if they swear to the IRS they are not doing so because of Obamacare. This comes on the heels of a much touted CBO report that finds only anecdotal evidence of a shift to part-time work now, but expects a shift in labor among small businesses in 2015.

If George W. Bush had done that, Dan Rather would be marching on the White House with a pitch fork. Tom Browkaw would be calling for his head on a platter. Andrea Mitchell of that anti-Bush site would be calling for his impeachment. CNN would be interviewing Cindy Sheehan about the boundaries crossed by George and Dick. And — spare me the rebuttals — you know damn well the story wouldn’t be done in passing, but would be wall to wall coverage with your legal analysts, economists, and sour faced anchors all tut-tutting for several days.

“On what legal authority?” you guys would ponder. “Won’t businesses just turn to lying,” you’d speculate...

No, we don’t need to impeach the President, but God help me I’d at least think the media might want to pretend to hold him accountable. It really is disgraceful.

Disgraceful, yes.

There is little reasoning with mass hysteria, I'm afraid.

Eventually, however, some people within the alleged "news" media might just see through their delusional, magical thinking and realize that all the good things (quality health care, an economy that rewarded hard work and gives children and grandchildren a future, and a justice system that kept you safe and free from fear and punished bad people...) are almost gone.

We'll see.

.

At this point I’m for impeaching the entire federal government.

Every last one of them.

Even the janitor.

Ends with

“No, we don’t need to impeach the President”

YES.
WE.
DO.

It’s none of the federal government’s business how you meet your staffing requirements. What company does not make staffing decisions based on the economy, costs of employment, cost of overhead, taxes, etc. It’s not illegal to do so, fascist IRS rules or not!! FUBO!! I will not comply!! I will not subject myself to a blatant constitution violating wannabe king!!

It’s a shame that “blind incompetence” is not an impeachable offense. If Kevin Star couldn’t klondike Clinton with the smoking gun spooge stain, Impeachers will have a hard time with the issues so far brought up- gun walking, Benghazi, etc. which can easily be stonewalled, smoke screened, side stepped. There needs to be a stupidity clause in the rules of impeachment.

There may be more impeachable revelations available in the near future if whistleblowers like Karen Hudes cause a mass movement towards reform. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4hf1KuYCu4 and many more by her are on YouTube. If we don’t act on this sort of data and field candidates who make this info part of their campaign platforms, then WE are the stupid ones. C’mon you right wing poofters, make a fist and Impeach Obama, Abolish the Fed.

I agree. However, reality dictates there are not enough votes.

I am beginning to think that Americans will eventually have to intervene. As a start to the process, I would suggest that Committees of Correspondence be formed in each state each Committee reporting to the others the actions, in their respective states, of illegal activity by politicians federal, state and local. This is necessary in that the national press and television are increasingly suppressing actions damaging to us all. In addition the politicians, whether Democrat or Republican lie and suppress themselves. The areas in which reporting should be done are political, social(the alien flood),economic, taxes and expenditures and the attack on our culture and religion.

Remember this was done in the 1774-5 period.

Congress, or at least the House, would be acting unconstitutionally if they didn't attempt Impeachment against Obama.

I am with you on that! I just don’t understand what the hell this ahole thinks he accomplishes by having businesses sign under penalty of perjury their reasons for restructuring.

It’s tax avoidance, not evasion! Or has this dipsh*t made it tax evasion to restructure a business to be profitable?

Yeah, I noticed that. The House should impeach and get his many constitutional violations on the record, even if the traitorous Senate fails to remove. You want to energize the base? Do it! Do it NOW! Real Americas want it done!!

And they should also make a balls-to-the-wall effort to repeal ObamaCare or get it thrown out by the SCOTUS. Every day marks yet another constitutional violation by this rat bastard traitor. If we don’t have some constitutional savvy lawyers on our side who are up to the task, we are doomed as a constitutional republic (short of the founders final recourse spelled out for us in the Declaration, of course).

Pearls Before Swine: "Aside from the fact that this is effectively a “loyalty oath” to government policy, how can one separate decisions based on unprofitability
caused by the law from decisions motivated by the law?

The intent is to make all businesses COMPLICIT in this fraud called Obamacrap, as are the previous unconstitutional actions of this Administration.
Obamacrap is pure "Bait and Switch ", sold by a liar, and is a lie in itself.
This Administration considers itself above the law , ignoring laws with which it doesn't agree,
and writing legislation through departmental 'guidance' and Executive Orders .
Writing legislation rests with Congress , and Congress alone; any legislation comming from elsewhere is unconstitutional and illegal .
Period !!
The _resident wants business to perjure themselves, after the fact , ignore the capitalistic purpose for being in business in the first place ,
clearly indicates the administrations domestic policy closely mirrors their chaotic international policies.
It has a name : Anarchy by purposeful ignorance.
You can tell that the 'Clown Prince' has never worked in industry ,retail , or a comercial business.
He just promotes anarchy and chaos.

“2. The press is obama/soetoro`s air superiority . They would carpet bomb the GOP.”

That’s why certain members of the media need to be held accountable, and the rest will have to reconsider their roles as 0bama cheerleaders all full of giggles and grins as they wait to lewinsky 0bama.

Obama = Trickle down corruption.

If the leaders have no virtue, the people decline.

Submission of a "loyalty oath" to Communism and anti-capitalism
is something that I would equate with a bannana republic,
and NOT with American idealism.
