Former Congressman: Obama Plans to Release Minorities from Prison
Breitbart ^ | 2/12/2014 | Robert Wilde

A former Congressman has accused President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder of a racial ulterior motive in a massive early prison release planned for up to 10,000 drug dealers.

Ernest Istook, a former U.S. Congressman and writer for the Washington Times, pointed out on his radio program that “Obama claims minorities usually get longer terms than whites, so he wants to shorten their time served. He says letting them out of prison early will save taxpayers money.”

Most of the prisoners were convicted for crack cocaine violations, almost always for dealing or possession with intent to sell. Istook went on to say, “It's like what President Obama claimed about marijuana, namely that enforcing anti-drug laws is unfair to minorities. When minorities commit a crime more often than other groups, rather than trying to fix behavior, Obama screams racism and says we shouldn't enforce that law.”

In a January interview with The New Yorker, President Obama claimed that US drug law enforcement punishes a “select few.” Obama opined, “We should not be locking up kids or individual users for long stretches of jail time when some of the folks who are writing those laws have probably done the same thing.” The President insisted that the current drug laws unfairly target young minorities and that there is an inherent racism built into our criminal justice system. “Middle-class kids don’t get locked up for smoking pot, and poor kids do,” Obama said. “And African-American kids and Latino kids are more likely to be poor and less likely to have the resources and the support to avoid unduly harsh penalties.”

More great news.

Just when I think these effing MO FOs can't stoop any lower, they prove me wrong, and stoop lower. I no longer believe there is any limit to their evil ways. They are disgusting, and breathing good air.

Sadly, more and more get crossed off that list each day, it seems.

Anyone who thinks releasing a flood of prison inmates back on the streets nearly all at once won't mean a large increase in crime is crazy-even if most of the crime will be in their own communities.

That's what Section 8 is for. As well as community lending initiatives. To spread the joy. It's economic justice.

I can tell you pretty close what the reaction will be in the black community when the content of those FBI files are made public.

What is in the FBI files?

From an earlier article:

Obama Commutes Sentences Of 8 Inmates Convicted Of Crack Offenses

President Barack Obama on Thursday commuted the sentences of eight federal inmates
who were convicted of crack cocaine offenses, greatly expanding his use of the
presidential clemency power to help those incarcerated because of harsh drug laws.

In a statement, Obama said they’d been sentenced under an “unfair system.” In 2011,
Congress passed a law that effectively reduced the federal government’s mandatory
penalties for people convicted of crack offenses, but commuting the sentences
represents the first time the reform has been applied to those convicted before it
was adopted. “If they had been sentenced under the current law, many of them would
have already served their time and paid their debt to society,” Obama explained
in the statement

You recall in 2009 with the Gates dust up.

First thing the dems did was start screaming “Racial Profiling” and the Con. Black Caucus called for a review of all complaints filed against police with the FBI.

That was an attempted repeat of what had been done before.

In 1991 with R King John Conyers called for a review of all complaints filed against police with the FBI.

Those are the type files they are after. FBI files on police abuse and corruption.

In 1991 they found out there was somewhere around 15,000 complaints filed against police with the FBI for the previous 5 years and only around 42 cases were pursued in court.

That only 42 cases were pursued out of 15,000 complaints filed is what fueled the nonsense that police aren’t held accountable because of “republican racism”.

One of the 42 cases was against Governor Bill Clinton for ordering his state troopers to racial profile.

After the LA riots the FBI said there was nothing in the files. Bush 41 then ordered the US Attorneys to review the files.

I had filed a complaint with the FBI against a police officer, which was ignored, so I contacted the US Attorneys office and provided them with the info I had.

Basically what I provided to the US Attorneys was

Police are agents of a city govt and the city govt is liable for their actions, so the city govts will orchestrate a cover up of the police abuse and corruption to avoid or lessen their civil liability and they are using the criminal courts to do it. They are prosecuting innocent people to cover up for corrupt cops.

This little cover up method is also built into the police contracts.

Also the local FBI was helping with the cover up by going around the US Attorneys and burying the complaints.

You’ve got a bunch of Mike Nifongs prosecuting innocent people to cover up police abuse and corruption.

Bush’s US Attorneys never released the content of the files and when Clinton nominated Reno as AG she said she would release the content of the files if confirmed.

Reno never released the files, instead she fired all the US Attorneys to cover up what was in the files because it is Democrats which control the city govts that are prosecuting innocent people.

No one asked questions about Reno firing the US Attorneys because they were diverted by Waco.

When Vince Foster started spilling his guts he ended up belly up.

You will get roughly 3000-3500 news complaints filed against police every year, and these were the type of FBI files Hillary threatened to release during Clinton’s impeachment which is why the dems voted in lockstep not to impeach willy wager.

This clown that is being brought into the civil rights division at DoJ has said he is going to be targeting racial profiling by police.

This is all part of Hillary’s dirty tricks campaign to get into the WH, and if she can’t get into the WH, “Scorched Earth”. She will start a full scale race war to keep the left in power so she doesn’t end up in jail should a republican get elected.

Ending prohibition means releasing those in jail on charges of violating the absurd laws of prohibition.

Crimes of theft, robbery, violence etc. should not be released but those who simply are in for posession or intent to distribute should be pardoned en masse once we get through this legalization across the nation, end the war on some drugs, and they should be fully restored to society.

Even Holder and Obama occasionally do something right.

I read here some months ago that jail sentences for meth users were going up-perhaps Zero and his racist deputy should look into those statistics, if they aren’t behind the trend themselves.

Don’t overlook the restoration of voting rights to felons that is being discussed; as he loses “Americans” he’ll need to pick up votes wherever they can. Illegals, felons, unassimilated minorities, sexual deviants...anything to reach that 51%.
