Hinds County Supervisor Kenneth Stokes held a press conference Sunday afternoon to discuss gun violence in Jackson.
During the question-and-answer, a vehicle drove by, and someone fired a shot. No one was injured, but it startled reporters on-the-scene.

“Mr Stokes had a lot of “meant good” in him.

“probably planned it”.......
That was my first thought. He's opposed to gun violence and what better way to get his message out than to ‘create” some violence? Definitely a hypocrite
